Well, it was an amazing stay for a weekend. Our location was great and lovely close to the town centre. Plus it was just 1 km from a live music venue.

My double room with dressing gowns, massive bathroom, for example was well-appointed. The breakfasts were lovely cooked with toast, couldn’t ask for anything better. The setting of hotel was incredibly comfortable, near to attractions.

All is really good, I had a nice weekend. The units are huge, large for a fold up chair. The place has magnificent and absolutely perfect location in a nice quiet area. It's also next to coach station and railway station and clock tower at seafront.

The hotel's location was magnificent, close to seafront, the centre of Skegness and all shops. Besides, it was easy to get to a seafront aquarium. I stayed in the room that was kept clean and available with lower bedroom.

Location: the hotel was short walk to the train station, beach, a quiet area. It also was in nice surroundings. The food was delightful and the location was incredible and brilliant.

The property is quiet and the staff is welcoming. Make sure you stay in the queen room for a fold up chair. The location is unbeatable, around 10-15 minutes walk from Skegness Clock Tower. And it's based in a nice quiet area not far from all the attractions, Skegness and the town centre.

The staff was friendly, the beds were comfy, and the room was nice. Tarantino served dishes within 800 feet off the hotel. 10 min walk from Skegness train station.
