Had an electric kettle, central heating, and TV in my king room. The bathroom was excellent with a bathtub. The hotel had a central position close to the beach, railway station, and bars & places to eat. Also, tourist destinations and Skegness Model Village were at a small distance.

All is really good, I had a nice weekend. The units are huge, large for a fold up chair. The place has magnificent and absolutely perfect location in a nice quiet area. It's also next to coach station and railway station and clock tower at seafront.

The hotel's location was magnificent, close to seafront, the centre of Skegness and all shops. Besides, it was easy to get to a seafront aquarium. I stayed in the room that was kept clean and available with lower bedroom.

I loved the stay. Overall it was a lovely stay for a weekend. The staff were kind and approaching and assisted me greatly. Location: the hotel was short walk to the train station, beach, a quiet area. It also was in nice surroundings. The food was delightful and the location was incredible and brilliant.

The property is quiet and the staff is welcoming. Make sure you stay in the queen room for a fold up chair. The location is unbeatable, around 10-15 minutes walk from Skegness Clock Tower. And it's based in a nice quiet area not far from all the attractions, Skegness and the town centre.

I loved a simple decor and contemporary furniture. The staff did all they can for an excellent stay. Restaurant in hotel was stunning and the pool area was great. The beach nearby was amazing and the view was lovely.

The staff was friendly, the beds were comfy, and the room was nice. Tarantino served dishes within 800 feet off the hotel. 10 min walk from Skegness train station.
